摘要

本文总结1例上肢皮肤脱套伤术后手功能障碍患者采用中药熏洗干预的护理经验，包括护理评估、中药熏洗操作方法、注意事项和健康宣教等。基于中医辨证施护理论指导，采用中药熏洗治疗，能够改善上肢软组织损伤术后关节僵硬、瘢痕挛缩等症状，帮助患者恢复关节功能，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient withhand dysfunction after upper limb skin sleeve injury using traditional Chinese medicine fumigation， including nursing evaluation， operation methods of traditio-nal Chinese medicine fumigation， precautions and health education. Based onthe guidance of TCM dialectical nursing theory， the use of traditional Chinesemedicine fumigation treatment can improve joint stiffness， scar contracture and other symptoms after surgery for upper limb soft tissue injury， help patients re-cover joint function and improve quality of life.
