摘要

总结1例有头疽致脓毒症休克并发肺脓肿、气胸患者，经过中西医结合治疗与护理后，采用蚕食清疮换药、卧位护理、营养支持等护理措施后，患者休克纠正，血培养转阴、气胸改善，疮面好转后转回至普通病房进一步专科对症治疗。
