摘要

本文总结1例呼吸心跳骤停综合症患者改良经口气管插管固定方法操作和护理。运用改良式3M胶带固定管道，同时做好口腔护理和管路管理，能有效减轻患者口周皮肤黏膜的压力性损伤，缩短护理操作时间，提高患者舒适度。

Abstract

In this paper， the improved effect of oral tracheal intubation fixation method in one patient with respiratory and cardiac arrest syndrome was observed and summarized. Compared with the traditional fixation method， this paper improves the fixation of patient’s orotracheal intubation by using modified 3M tape fixation to reduce the pressure injury of patient’s perioral skin and mucosa， shorten the nursing operation time and improve the comfort of patients.
