摘要

本文报告1例亚低温治疗辅助治疗重症高血压脑出血患者的护理体会。护理要点：细致全面的护理评估；严密的颅内压变化观察；血流动力学监测下冰盐水诱导联合冬眠合剂快速降温；合理使用预防肌颤药物防治寒战；落实集束化VAP预防措施，做好机械通气的护理；肠道营养的护理及早期康复护理。

Abstract

A case of severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with mild therapeutic hypothermia was reported. Key points of nursing： Careful and comprehensive nursing evaluation； Close observation of intracranial pressure changes； Rapid cooling induced by ice saline under hemodynamic monitoring； Rational use of drugs to prevent muscle fibrillation to prevent shivering； Implement the cluster VAP prevention package and do a good job in the nursing of mechanical ventilation； Nursing of intestinal nutrition and early rehabilitation nursing.
