摘要

总结1例老年重症肺炎合并营养不良患者的护理经验。由于该患者合并症状较多，护理难度大，护理风险较高，在此治疗期间采用多学科团队协作（MDT）模式进行护理会诊、专项干预，制定整体化合理有效的方案，以提升护理质量，促进患者早日康复。

Abstract

The clinical data of　a case of elderly severe bacterial pneumonia with malnutrition was reviewed summarized. During the treatment， multidisciplinary team cooperation （MDT） mode was adopted for nursing intervention， and an integrated， reasonable and effective plan was formulated to improve the quality of nursing and promote the early recovery of patients.
