Although the drug-induced rash caused by molecular targeted drugs is not life-threatening, it has caused physical pain and great mental burden to patients, and some patients even give up lenvatinib treatment because of this. Modern medicine for the treatment of drug eruptions caused by lenvatinib on the basis of health guidance is mainly through the topical use of short-acting hormones such as hydrocortisone ointment or antibiotic ointment such as erythromycin ointment, but the effect is not ideal, so it is particularly important to find a treatment with obvious effect and small toxic side effects. This case review of the TCM nursing and nursing experience of a patient with liver cancer using the targeted drug lenvatinib to cause drug-induced rash. Including closely observing the patient's vital signs and disease changes, symptomatically using TCM external treatment to treat the patient's rash, alleviating the patient's skin ulceration, increasing the skin's own resistance, so that the patient can not only slow down the tumor process while taking lenvatinib, but also fully reduce the discomfort caused by the rash, so as to obtain the best treatment effect.
