摘要

本文总结1例腹主动脉瘤破裂合并腹腔间隙综合征病人的护理经验。护理方法：术后出现腹腔内高压，导致肾功能严重受损，通过禁食胃肠减压，灌肠导泄，生命体征监护，腹内压监测，严格的液体管理，营养支持等一系列的治疗和护理措施，并结合中医学理论，运用中医特色疗法，有效缓解了腹腔内高压，促进患者康复。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm complicated with abdominal space syndrome. Given the serious damage to kidney function caused by postoperative intra-abdominal pressure， nursing interventions such as fasting， gastrointestinal decompression， enema guide， vital signs monitoring， internal pressure monitoring， strict fluid management， nutritional support were carried out. Nursing measures based on Traditional Chinese medicine theory were carried out to relieve abdominal pressure the and improve the post-operative recovery
