摘要

本文总结中医穴位按摩联合专科护理治疗肺癌失眠1例的护理经验，护理人员在饮食管理、氧疗护理、呼吸道管理、情志护理等专科干预措施基础上开展中医穴位按摩，有效改善患者睡眠，减轻喘憋、咳嗽、咳痰症状，此外通过加强健康教育和出院指导，提高患者院外依从性，生活质量明显改善。

Abstract

To summarize the experience of a patient with lung cancer complicated with insomnia treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint massage combined with specialized nursing care. Based on specialized nursing measures such as oxygen therapy， respiratory management， emotional care， and dietary management， a non-invasive Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint massage technology was used to improve the sleep quality and alleviate wheezing， coughing， and expectoration symptoms. Health education and guidance for discharge were carried out to improve the treatment compliance and quality of life after discharge from hospital.
