摘要

本文总结1例急性心肌梗死并发病态窦房结综合征（SSS）的高龄患者的护理经验。护理要点包括持续心电监护、术后肾功能监测、排便护理，临时起搏器植入和永久起搏器植入后的病情观察、起搏器植入健康教育、术后并发症的管理和心理护理。经过积极的救治和精心的护理，患者恢复良好。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing measures for an octogenarian patient with acute inferior myocardial infarction combined with sick sinus syndrome. Key issues of nursing included continuous ECG monitoring， postoperative renal function monitoring， defecation care， temporary pacemaker implantation， health education， management of postoperative complications and psychological care.
