摘要

本文总结1例重症儿童甲型流行性感冒（简称流感）中西医结合治疗和护理经验。首先根据中医证候特点进行中医症状量化评分，然后根据辨证分型实施中医特色护理，包括实施中医适宜技术：小儿推拿、穴位贴敷；指导正确的中药口服方法、落实健康指导；践行以家庭为中心的护理理念；严格执行呼吸道隔离措施；中西医结合治疗促进重症甲型流感患儿的早日康复，提高患儿照顾者的满意度。

Abstract

This study summarized nursing experience of a child with influenza A virus infection treated with integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and western medicine. The TCM quantitative scoring was conducted based on the characteristics of TCM syndromes. TCM characteristic nursing based on syndrome differentiation were carried out， including pediatric massage， acupoint application， guidance of oral medication of TCM， health education， family-centered nursing practice， and strict implementation of respiratory isolation. Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective to promote the early recovery of the child with influenza A and improve the satisfaction of caregivers.
