摘要

本文总结铜砭刮痧联合中药塌渍治疗1例寻常型银屑病患者的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估，辨证分析，基于中医基础理论，开展情志护理、饮食指导、铜砭刮痧、中药塌渍等中医护理干预，有效减轻患者皮损程度，缓解瘙痒程度，改善睡眠，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management of a patient with psoriasis vulgaris treated with copper-plate scrapping combined with external application of Sanhuang powder. Based on the nursing evaluation and theory of syndrome differentiation， Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing interventions such as emotional care， dietary guidance， copper-plate scrapping therapy and Chinese herbal medicine external application were carried out to relieve the skin damage and itch， and improve patient’s sleep quality and quality of life.
