摘要

本文总结中药芒硝外敷治疗1例肝硬化患者静脉滴注舒肝宁外渗的护理经验，包括输液外渗的评估，芒硝袋的制作，外敷的注意事项等，基于中医辨证，采取中医外治疗法，有效减轻患者疼痛，缓解皮肤肿胀。

Abstract

This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） mirabilite external application and nursing management of extravasation of Shuganning injection solution by intravenous infusion in a patient with liver cirrhosis. Key issues of nursing included the evaluation of infusion extravasation， the production of mirabilite bag， matters needing attention of external application， etc. The use of external treatment of TCM mirabilite was effective to relieve the symptoms of infusion extravasation such as pain and skin edema.
