摘要

本文介绍1例采用中药离子导入法联合穴位埋针治疗的痰热壅肺型社区获得性肺炎患者的中医护理经验。在完善入院护理评估、健康教育、常规护理后，基于中医辨证施护的理念，评估患者个体化状态，针对性给予中医护理措施。中药离子导入法联合穴位埋针可以有效地改善患者咳嗽、咳痰等呼吸道症状，缓解身体乏力，同时操作舒适度高，且方法简便、使用安全、疗效显著，值得临床应用推广。

Abstract

This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing of a patient with phlegm-heat congestion type community-acquired pneumonia treated with TCM iontophoresis combined with needle-embedding therapy. Based on the nursing evaluation， health education and routine care， targeted TCM nursing interventions according to the theory of syndrome differentiation and analysis on individual status were carried out. TCM iontophoresis combined with needle-embedding therapy was effective to relieve the cough and other respiratory symptoms， as well as disease-related fatigue. It is an effective， easy-to-use and safe treatment， which is worthy of promotion.
