摘要

本文总结 1 例老年患者永久起搏器置换术的围术期护理方法。术前对患者进行病情监测，加强生活基础护理；术后完善生命体征监测、伤口护理，积极预防并发症护理、饮食护理、健康宣教等。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the perioperative care methods of permanent pacemaker replacement in an elderly patient. Preoperative monitoring of the patient's condition and strengthening of basic life care were carried out； postoperative monitoring of vital signs， wound care， active prevention of complication care， diet care and health education were improved.
