摘要

本文总结1例寻常型银屑病患者实施中西医结合治疗和护理经验。开展护理评估，明确病证，在常规护理基础上实施中医结合治疗和护理。中医给予中药溻渍、中药口服、穴位注射、拔火罐、耳穴压丸等干预措施，西医给予抗过敏、止痒药物治疗干预，并加强饮食和情志护理。中西医结合，相互补充，发挥中医特色护理技术优势，有效减轻患者皮肤症状，缓解瘙痒不适。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of implementing integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing care for a patient with psoriasis vulgaris. Based on the nursing risk assessment and syndrome clarification， integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing interventions were carried out. Integrative interventions such as Traditional Chinese Medicine stains， oral administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine， acupoint injection， cupping， aricular acupoint pressing pills， etc.， combined with Western medicine treatment such as anti-allergic and antipruritic drugs. Dietary guidance and emotional care were enhanced during the treatment. By leveraging the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques， integrative treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine were complementary to each other and could effectively alleviate patients’ skin symptoms and relieve itching and discomfort.
