摘要

本文总结1例因心脏起搏器失灵导致心源性猝死患者的急救护理体会，经过紧急心肺复苏、人工机械通气、药物治疗和护理干预后抢救成功，最短时间内准确找出导致患者心源性猝死原因，及时重置心脏起搏器，有效减低了患者再次发生心源性猝死的风险。

Abstract

This article summarized the emergency care of a patient with sudden cardiac death caused by artificial cardiac pacemaker malfunction. After emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation， artificial mechanical ventilation， medication treatment， and nursing interventions， successful rescue was achieved. The cause of sudden cardiac death in the patient was accurately identified in the shortest possible time， and the pacemaker was reset in a timely manner， effectively reducing the risk of recurrent sudden cardiac death in the patient.
