摘要

本文总结1例类风湿关节炎患者的医护一体化中医护理查房实践经验。搜集患者的临床资料，由责任护士汇报病例，医生分析病情，医护联合针对重难点内容进行讨论，共同制定护理措施。通过医护一体化查房，建立医、护、患三位一体的治疗和护理模式，从而有效促进患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the practical experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing ward rounds based on the doctor-nurse integration model for a patient with Rheumatoid arthritis. Based on the analysis of patient’s clinical data， a case report was conducted by the charge nurse， the condition was analyzed by the doctor. The physicians and nurses communicated and work together to determine key issues in nursing and create a nursing care plan. By integrating doctor-nurse integration， a treatment and nursing model that integrated doctors， nurses and patients was established， effectively promoting patient recovery.
