摘要

护理查房是落实临床护理制度，提高护理人员工作水平的重要途径。本文通过对一例哺乳期急性乳腺炎行砭石治疗后的患者进行护理查房，护理人员通过病例分析患者个性化的护理需求，反思护理工作中存在的不足之处，进而达到提高护理质量的目的。

Abstract

Nursing round is an important way to implement the clinical nursing system and improve the working level of nursing staff. In this paper， a nursing round was conducted for a patient with lactation acute mastitis after stone needle treatment， so that the nursing staff could analyze the individual nursing needs of the patient and reflect on the shortcomings of nursing work， and finally achieve the purpose of improving the quality of nursing.
