摘要

本文总结1例经股动脉穿刺行脑血管造影检查患者术后腰痛采用中药蜡疗的护理体会。在完善护理评估的基础上结合中医基础理论给予中药蜡疗，有效减轻了患者的疼痛程度，提高了术后舒适度，值得临床参考应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience on a patient with postoperative low back pain treated by wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine after cerebral angiography examination through femoral artery puncture. On the basis of perfect nursing evaluation and combined with the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine， wax therapy with Chinese herbal medicine can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients and improve the postoperative comfort， which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
