摘要

本文总结火龙罐疗法配合中药膏摩治疗1例急性腰扭伤（ALS）的护理经验。在对患者进行护理评估的基础上，根据患者的临床中医诊断进行辨证施护。通过火龙罐疗法配合中药膏摩进行治疗，采用视觉模拟评估（VAS）对患者的疼痛程度进行评分。根据治疗前后VAS评分对比治疗效果，可见患者症状明显改善。中医外治法作为一种绿色疗法的优势是无副作用，且该治疗法患者舒适度好、接受度高，治疗方案值得临床推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience on a case of acute lumbar sprain （ALS） treated by dragon cupping therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment rubbing. Based on the patient's nursing evaluation and clinical TCM diagnosis， the dialectical nursing was applied. Fire dragon cupping therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine ointment rubbing was used to treat the patient， and the degree of pain was evaluated by Visual Simulation Assessment （VAS）. According to the comparison of VAS score before and after treatment， it could be seen that the symptoms had improved obviously. As a green therapy， the external treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine has the advantage of no side effects， and the treatment method is easy to accept， so the treatment plan is worthy of clinical promotion.
