摘要

本文总结中药康复新液冷敷治疗1例碘造影剂外渗的护理经验，包括造影剂外渗的评估、疼痛评估、中药冷敷的注意事项等。基于中医辨证，采取中医外治疗法，有效减轻患者疼痛，缓解患者肢体肿胀。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of iodinated contrast agent extravasation treated by cold compress with Kangfuxin liquid of traditional Chinese medicine， including the assessment of contrast agent extravasation， pain assessment， precautions of cold compress with traditional Chinese medicine， etc. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation， TCM external treatment was adopted to effectively relieve the pain and limb swelling of patients.
