摘要

目的

观察砭石温熨按摩联合艾条灸治疗1例肺炎合并气虚型便秘的疗效。

方法

选取1例气虚型便秘患者，通过砭石对特定穴位进行按摩，结合艾灸等一系列的治疗手法，达到有效改善胃肠功能，疏通经络、理气消胀、疏肝解郁、化积导滞、调和气血的效果。同时能够加速血液、内分泌、神经等组织进入良性循环体系，促进肠胃蠕动，让便秘患者的身体处于舒适平衡的状态，最终实现排便通畅。

结果

经治疗，该患者便秘明显改善。

结论

在中医理论指导下，运用砭石温熨按摩联合艾条灸治疗便秘，临床疗效良好，无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the stone needle temperature iron massage article joint moxa moxibustion treatment of type 1 case of pneumonia with deficiency of constipation curative effect.

Methods

Select 1 case of constipation in patients with qi deficiency type， through the stone needle for specific acupuncture point massage， combining with moxibustion and a series of treatment technique， to improve gastrointestinal function and dredge meridian， qi， liver resolve depression， hysteresis， mediate the effect of qi and blood. At the same time， it can accelerate the blood， endocrine， nerve and other tissues into the benign circulation system， promote gastrointestinal peristalsis， make the body of patients with constipation in a comfortable and balanced state， and finally achieve unimpeded defecation.

Results

After treatment， the patients with constipation obviously improved.

Conclusion

Under the guidance of TCM theory， applying massage stone needle temperature iron joint moxa moxibustion treatment of constipation， clinical curative effect is good， have no obvious adverse reactions， worthy of clinical popularization and application.
