摘要

本文总结1例骨痹患者行中药蜡疗联合穴位贴敷治疗的效果及护理措施。通过患者的护理评估、辩证分型、入院症见，给予患者适宜的护理方案。基于中医理论，采用中药蜡疗和穴位贴敷的中医外治疗法缓解患者疼痛。联合采取情志指导、功能锻炼指导、生活指导和用药指导等系列护理措施，有效改善了患者的临床症状，促进患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the effect and nursing measures of a case of bone arthralgia treated with Chinese herbal wax therapy combined with acupoint application. Through the patient's nursing evaluation， dialectical classification and admission， the appropriate nursing plan was given to the patient. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine， traditional Chinese medicine waxing therapy and acupoint application were used to relieve patients' pain. The combination of emotional guidance， functional exercise guidance， life guidance and medication guidance and other nursing measures effectively improved the clinical symptoms of patients and promoted the recovery of patients.
