摘要

本文报告中西医结合治疗1例蛇串疮（带状疱疹）患者，并对患者实施中医护理技术的效果观察及护理措施。在中医辨证施护理论指导下采取中药塌渍、拔火罐、耳穴压丸、中药涂药及口服中药汤剂等中医特色护理。经治疗后，水疱明显消退，疼痛明显减轻，患者舒适度提高。

Abstract

This paper observed the effect of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques and measures to a patient with snake strand sore （shingles）. Guided by the theory of dialectical nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine， Chinese characteristic nursing measures such as Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains， cupping， ear acupoint pressing pills， Traditional Chinese Medicine application， and oral Chinese medicine decoction were taken. After treatment， the blisters significantly subsided， the pain obviously reduced， and the patient's comfort level improved.
