摘要

本文回顾1例尪痹患者应用中药蜡疗联合中药热奄包技术的治疗效果观察和护理经验。对患者实施护理评估、护理诊断、护理计划、中医特色护理措施、常规护理措施，使患者疼痛数字评分（NRS）降低，日常生活能力评定（Barthel）上升，28个关节疾病活动度（DAS28）降低，疼痛缓解，日常生活质量提高。

Abstract

This article reviewed the therapeutic effect and nursing experience of a patient who was treated with wax therapy of Chinese medicine combined with warm envelopment of Chinese medicine. Nursing assessment， nursing diagnosis， nursing plan， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing measures and routine nursing measures were implemented for patients， which reduced the numerical rating scale （NRS） of pain， increased the activity of daily living （Barthel）， reduced the disease activity score of 28 joints （DAS28）， relieved pain and improved the quality of daily life.
