摘要

本文总结1例便秘伴腹胀高龄患者结肠镜检查的护理经验。在完善入院评估的基础上，加强结肠镜检查围手术期护理，运用中医穴位按摩配合腹部按摩方法缓解患者电子结肠镜检查前后便秘腹胀症状，开展功能锻炼和延续护理指导，为患者及家属提供系统全面的护理干预。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of colonoscopy in an elderly patient with constipation and abdominal distension. On the basis of improving the admission assessment， the perioperative care of colonoscopy was strengthened， and the acupressure massage of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with abdominal massage was used to alleviate the symptoms of constipation and bloating before and after electronic colonoscopy. The functional exercise was carried out and continuation of nursing guidance was applied. The systematic and comprehensive nursing intervention was provided for the patient and her family.
