摘要

本文总结1例中药泡洗治疗1例糖尿病患者周围神经病变的护理体会。经过充分调研以及科学系统的评估，确定患者的总体护理方案，以中医护理理论和中医操作为基础，利用中药泡洗双下肢来缓解患者肢体麻木疼痛的症状，同时结合功能锻炼、按摩等进一步促进患者康复。通过中药泡洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变，患者治疗耐受力好，可以达到显著的治疗效果。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing. After fully research and scientific system of assessment， and determine the overall nursing care of patients， on the basis of TCM nursing theory and traditional operation， using Chinese medicine soak double lower limbs numbness symptoms of pain， to relieve the patients at the same time combined with functional exercise， massage， to further promote patients recover. Traditional Chinese medicine bubble washing in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy has good tolerance and can achieve significant therapeutic effect.
