摘要

目的

本文总结1例重度烫伤合并脓毒性休克的老年患者经中西医结合治疗，取得理想治疗效果的经验。

方法

1例高龄老年患者，入院诊断为背部Ⅲ度烫伤，面积约8%，烫伤创面感染合并脓毒性休克、肺部感染、重度营养不良等危重情况。入院后给予快速液体复苏和血管活性药物升压，纠正休克，并给予抗感染、营养支持治疗，同时采用烧伤再生医疗技术，应用湿润烧伤膏、中药膏膜促进烫伤创面修复，并辅助使用中药饮片调理全身状态。

结果

治疗47 d后患者痊愈出院。

结论

采用中西医结合的治疗方法治疗重度烫伤合并脓毒性休克具有明显优势，烧伤再生技术值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the experience of an elderly patient with severe scald complicated with septic shock who was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.

Methods

An elderly patient was admitted to the hospital with full-thickness scald on the back， covering an area of about 8%. The scald wound infection was complicated with septic shock， pulmonary infection， severe malnutrition and other critical conditions. After admission， rapid fluid resuscitation and vasoactive drugs were given to correct shock， and anti-infection and nutritional support were given. At the same time， burn regenerative medicine technology was used， moist burn ointment and Chinese medicinal ointment film were used to promote burn wound repair， and Chinese herbal decoction pieces were used to regulate the whole body condition.

Results

The patient was cured and discharged after 47 days of treatment.

Conclusion

The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has obvious advantages in the treatment of severe scald complicated with septic shock， and burn regeneration technology is worthy of clinical application.
