摘要

总结1例子宫内膜癌术后双下肢Ⅲ期合并外阴部Ⅱ期淋巴水肿患者进行火龙罐联合综合消肿治疗的护理经验。治疗期护理包括应用火龙罐减轻外阴部水肿，避免尿路感染；皮肤护理：预防和减少感染；改良手法淋巴引流联合火龙罐治疗，促进淋巴液向心回流；压力治疗，使用低弹绷带多层压力包扎及高密度泡沫颗粒进行局部加压，减轻皮肤纤维化；制定淋巴回流操，提高患者锻炼依从性。经过治疗，患者左侧下肢周径和缩小48.5 cm，缩小率为14.7%；右侧下肢周径和缩小88.5 cm，缩小率为22.7%；外阴部肿胀消失。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience on Huolong cupping combined with comprehensive detumescence treatment for a patient with stage III lower limb combined with stage II vulvar lymphedema. During the treatment period Huolong cupping was applied to reduce external genital edema and avoid urinary tract infections. Skincare was applied to prevent and reduce infections. Improved manual lymphatic drainage combined with Huolong cupping treatment promoted centripetal reflux of lymph. Pressure therapy with low-elastic and multi-layer pressure bandage combined with high-density foam particles for local pressure to reduce skin fibrosis. Lymphatic reflux exercises was formulated to improve patients' exercise compliance. After treatment， the left lower limb circumference reduced by 48.5 cm and the reduction rate was 14.7%； the right lower limb circumference reduced by 88.5 cm and the reduction rate was 22.7%. At the same time， the extinction of swelling in the external genitalia disappeared.
