摘要

本文总结1例黄柏膏联合芒硝外敷治疗子宫肌瘤术后盆腔包裹性积液患者的护理体会。通过护理评估对患者实施中医特色护理、疼痛护理、情志调护、辨证施膳等护理措施，改善了患者的临床症状，提高了患者的生活质量，可为此类患者的中西医结合治疗与护理提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of Huangbai ointment combined with mirabilite external application in the treatment of pelvic encapsulated effusion after uterine leiomyoma surgery. Through nursing assessment for patients with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing， pain nursing， modern regulating， dialectical nursing measures such as meat， improve the patient's clinical symptoms， improve the patient's quality of life， to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy and nursing in patients with for reference.
