摘要

本文总结虎符铜砭刮痧治疗1例围绝经期不寐患者的护理经验。完善护理评估及辨证分析，并基于中医辨证理论，开展情志护理、饮食指导、虎符铜砭刮痧等中医护理干预，经治疗患者乏力、不寐症状明显改善，生活质量得到提高。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of Hufu copper scraping in the treatment of a patient with insomnia during perimenopausal period. Improve nursing evaluation， syndrome differentiation analysis， and based on TCM syndrome differentiation theory， carry out emotional nursing， diet guidance， Hufu copper scraping and other TCM nursing intervention. After treatments， patients' fatigue and insomnia symptoms were significantly improved， and their quality of life was improved.
