摘要

根据我国目前胃癌患者食疗营养治疗情况，结合中医辨证施膳、四时五味理论，制定护理计划，采取相关护理措施。结果表明中医辨证施膳、四时五味理论在1例胃癌患者全程营养管理中的应用效果较好，可以有效改善患者的身体情况，降低患者的住院天数以及住院费用，使患者满意。

Abstract

Based on the current situation of dietary and nutritional treatment for Chinese gastric cancer patients and combined with the dialectical diet of Traditional Chinese Medicine， the theory of four seasons and five flavors， a nursing plan was formulated and relevant nursing measures were taken. The results indicate that the application of the above measures and theories used in a gastric cancer patient’s nutritional management has a good effect， which can effectively improve the patient's physical condition， reduce the length of hospital stay and hospitalization costs， and satisfy the patient.
