摘要

本文总结1例四黄散联合自拟补中益气生肌汤治疗下肢溃疡患者的护理体会。在常规护理的基础上，基于中医辨证论治理论和湿性愈合理念，选用内治结合局部中医特色外治法进行治疗，有效改善患者下肢溃疡红肿热痛的症状。该方法操作简单，方便易行，值得中医临床护理参考及推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of Sihuang powder combined with self-made Buzhong Yiqi Shengji decoction in the treatment of lower limb ulcer. On the basis of routine nursing， based on the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and the concept of moist healing， internal treatment combined with local TCM characteristics of external treatment was selected to effectively improve the symptoms of lower limb ulcer redness， swelling and heat pain. This method is simple， convenient and feasible， which is worthy of clinical nursing reference and promotion.
