摘要

本文总结１例应用全面护理干预配合穴位贴敷疗法和耳穴贴压技术治疗水肿患者的护理经验。全面护理干预包括皮肤护理、营养支持、用药护理、心理护理和早期康复等要点。联合中医特色技术耳穴贴压，针对不同皮肤情况采用不同的贴敷方法，在保护患者皮肤的同时，有效改善了临床症状。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with edema treated with comprehensive nursing intervention combined with acupoint application therapy and auricular point sticking technology. Comprehensive nursing intervention included skin care， nutritional support， medication care， psychological care and early rehabilitation. Combined with auricular point sticking with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology， different application methods are adopted according to different skin conditions， which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms while protecting the skin of patients.
