摘要

本文总结了1例右胫、腓骨远端开放粉碎性骨折患者在中医治疗的基础上联合叙事护理，为患者提供针对性中医护理及心理护理，取得了理想治疗效果。

Abstract

This article summarized a case of open comminuted fracture of distal right tibia and fibula on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment combined with narrative nursing， which provided targeted traditional Chinese medicine nursing and psychological nursing for patients and achieved ideal therapeutic effect.
