摘要

本文对1例乳腺结节患者进行四诊合参，八纲辩证，运用中医适宜技术，观察临床护理效果。主要采取虎符铜砭刮痧治疗配合饮食指导、情志护理、生活起居护理、健康知识宣教等常规护理措施。调理前患者疼痛评分为中度疼痛，焦虑程度为轻度焦虑；调理后无疼痛，无焦虑，乳腺结节消失，患者预后良好。

Abstract

In this paper， a patient with breast nodules was treated with the combination of four diagnostic methods， eight key points of dialectics， and the appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine to observe the clinical nursing effect. The scraping therapy with copper bianstone combined with diet guidance， emotional nursing， daily life nursing， health knowledge education and other routine nursing measures were mainly adopted. Before conditioning， the pain score of the patients was moderate pain and the anxiety degree was mild anxiety. After conditioning， there was no pain， no anxiety， the breast nodules disappeared， and the patient had a good prognosis.
