摘要

本文总结1例山柚油配合活血药酒涂擦按摩治疗膝关节置换术后瘀肿患者的护理经验。基于辩证思维，采用山柚油配合活血药酒涂擦按摩治疗膝关节置换术后瘀肿，联合情志护理、功能锻炼指导等护理措施，有效改善了患者的临床症状，促进了患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with postoperative blood stasis and swelling after knee arthroplasty treated with camellia oleifera oil combined with blood activating medicinal wine massage. Based on dialectical thinking， camellia oleifera oil combined with blood activating medicinal wine was used to treat postoperative blood stasis and swelling after knee replacement surgery. Other nursing methods including emotional care and functional exercise guidance were applied. The patient’s clinical symptoms were effectively improved and the recovery was promoted.
