摘要

本文基于中医辨证护理理论，采用雷火灸联合虎符铜砭刮痧、耳穴压豆治疗1例痔切除术后尿潴留患者，有效改善了患者排尿困难、尿潴留症状，同时改善了患者的不良心理情绪，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

Based on the syndrome differentiation nursing theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine， thunder-fire moxibustion combined with Hufu copper scraping and auricular point compression was applied to treat a patient with urinary retention after hemorrhoid resection. The patient's dysuria and urinary retention symptoms were effectively improved. The above TCM nursing measures simultaneously improved the patient's negative psychological emotions， which are worth clinical promotion.
