摘要

本文总结运用中药烫熨联合手法按摩缓解1例腰椎间盘突出患者疼痛的护理报告。在完善护理评估的基础上，运用中药烫熨和手法按摩，经过一系列治疗护理措施后，患者的疼痛不适症状明显改善，达到了良好的治疗效果。

Abstract

This paper summarizes Traditional Chinese Medicine ironing combined with manual massage to relieve pain in a patient with lumbar disc herniation. Based on nursing evaluation， Traditional Chinese Medicine ironing combined with manual massage was applied as well as a series of treatment and nursing measures. The pain and discomfort symptoms of the patient were obviously improved， and a good therapeutic effect was achieved.
