摘要

依据CMERAS-MDT模式下围术期预防血栓中医护理临床路径，给予患者中药穴位敷贴联合气压治疗等预见性护理，患者病情稳定，未发生深静脉血栓。老年人恶性肿瘤手术后发生下肢深静脉血栓的风险较高，围手术期血栓中医护理临床路径可有效预防双下肢深静脉血栓的发生，减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院时间，值得临床实践及推广。

Abstract

According to the clinical pathway of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for perioperative prevention of thrombosis under CMERAS-MDT mode， a patient was given predictive nursing care， Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint application combined with pneumatic therapy. The patient's condition was stable and no deep vein thrombosis has occurred. The elderly is at a higher risk of developing lower extremity thrombosis after malignant tumor surgery. Chinese medicine nursing clinical pathway for perioperative thrombosis can effectively prevent the occurrence of lower extremity thrombosis， which is worthy of clinical practice and popularization to alleviate patients' pain and shorten hospitalization time.
