摘要

本文总结耳穴压豆干预缓解1例脑卒中气虚血瘀证患者睡眠障碍的护理体会。在常规护理的基础上，采取中医耳穴压豆和辨证饮食指导，以调理阴阳脏腑，运行气血；同时指导患者畅积郁、缓急躁。上述护理措施有效改善了患者的睡眠障碍，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of auricular point pressing to relieve sleep disorders in a stroke patient with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Based on the routine nursing， auricular point pressing and dialectical dietary guidance were adopted to regulate the Yin and Yang organs and promote the circulation of Qi and blood. At the same time， the patient was guided to relieve depression and alleviate anxiety. The above nursing measures effectively improved the patient's sleep disorders and life quality.
