摘要

本文总结临床工作中运用金黄散联合中药熏药治疗1例气滞血瘀证膝痹患者的护理经验。基于中医理论，根据患者症结对症辩证，给予患者饮食指导、生活指导等护理措施，加以金黄散联合中药熏药治疗，有效缓解患者膝关节肿痛问题。上述方法效果明显，副作用小，易于被患者接受。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Jinhuang Powder combined with Chinese medicine fumigation to treat a patient with knee arthralgia of Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Based on the theory of TCM and symptomatic dialectics， nursing measures such as dietary and life guidance were performed. Treatment with Jinhuang powder combined with Chinese medicine fumigation can effectively alleviate the problem of knee joint swelling and pain. The above methods have obvious effects and minimal side effects， which are easily accepted by patients.
