摘要

本文总结1例肱骨近端骨折患者行反式肩关节置换术病人的围手术期护理经验。采用责任制护理模式，给予患者护理干预，开展中医护理技术，制定规范的血栓预防措施，运用加速康复外科理念、个性化功能锻炼、递进式康复训练，降低患者术后并发症风险，促进功能锻炼。

Abstract

This article summarized the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with proximal humeral fracture who underwent reverse shoulder arthroplasty. The responsibility nursing mode was used to give patients nursing intervention， carry out traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology， formulate standardized thrombosis prevention measures， apply the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery， personalized functional exercise and progressive rehabilitation training， so as to reduce the risk of postoperative complications and promote functional exercise.
