摘要

本文总结1例穴位贴敷治疗吐酸患者便秘的治疗效果及相关护理经验。运用中医辨证施护，针对患者肝胃郁热证的分型，结合子午流注理论，给予穴位贴敷治疗。同时加强患者饮食护理、心理护理、运动指导，有效改善吐酸患者便秘症状，减轻患者痛苦，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the therapeutic effect and related nursing experience of a case of acupoint application in the treatment of constipation in a patient with acid vomiting. Based on the syndrome differentiation and nursing of traditional Chinese medicine， according to the classification of liver and stomach stagnation heat syndrome， combined with the theory of meridian flow， acupoint application treatment was given. At the same time， diet nursing， psychological nursing and exercise guidance were strengthened to effectively improve the symptoms of constipation in patients with acid vomiting， reduce the pain of patients， and improve the quality of life.
