摘要

本文总结耳穴压丸治疗1例心脾两虚型失眠患者的护理体会。根据患者失眠情况辨证分型，运用耳穴压丸中医特色技术治疗，加强情志、饮食、生活起居指导，达到益气补血、养心安神、调经气血，改善患者失眠症状，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a patient with insomnia of deficiency of both heart and spleen treated with auricular acupoint pressure pills. According to the syndrome differentiation and classification of insomnia， the patients were treated with auricular acupoint pressing pills of traditional Chinese medicine， strengthening the guidance of emotion， diet and daily life， so as to benefit qi and tonify blood， nourishing the mind and soothing the mind， regulating menstruation qi and blood， improving the symptoms of insomnia and the quality of life of patients.
