摘要

本文总结1例皮内针联合中药湿敷治疗重度痤疮的护理经验报告。通过运用皮内针耳穴贴压治疗，并联合四季青中药水煎后湿敷于患处，指导患者注意保持健康的生活方式，保证充足的睡眠，健康饮食，治疗效果良好。该案例治疗护理过程操作简单易行，患者依从性较好，值得临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarized a nursing experience report of a case of severe acne treated by intradermal acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine wet compress. Through the application of intradermal acupuncture auricular point sticking therapy， combined with Sijiqing traditional Chinese medicine water decoction and wet compress on the affected area， the patients were instructed to pay attention to maintaining a healthy lifestyle， ensuring adequate sleep and healthy diet， and the therapeutic effect was good. The treatment and nursing process of this case is simple and easy to operate， and the patient compliance is good， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
