摘要

总结1例结构化中医护理技术整合管理在消渴病痹症（糖尿病周围痛性神经病变）运用的效果报告。本案例应用结构化非线性中医护理技术进行整合管理，通过中医辨证施护制定护理计划，实施皮内针治疗、辨证施善护理、中药足浴护理、足部推拿按摩护理、情志调适护理、运动康复护理等联合整合管理治疗。经1个月精心的治疗及护理，患者疼痛、麻木等不适症状均明显改善，得到良好的效果，值得临床推广。

Abstract

To summarize the effect of a case report of integrated management of structured traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the treatment of diabetes mellitus （diabetic peripheral painful neuropathy）. In this case， structured non-linear traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing technology was applied for integrated management. Through TCM syndrome differentiation nursing， a nursing plan was formulated， and intradermal acupuncture treatment， syndrome differentiation and mercy nursing， TCM foot bath nursing， foot massage nursing， emotional adjustment nursing， exercise rehabilitation nursing were combined with integrated management treatment. After one month of careful treatment and nursing， the pain， numbness and other discomfort symptoms of the patients were significantly improved， and the good effect was obtained， which was worthy of clinical promotion.
