摘要

本文总结1例小肠恶性肿瘤患者的中西医护理经验。

目的

通过中西医护理结合方式缓解小肠终末期患者的疾病症状。

方法

在常规护理的基础上，根据病人疾病症状实施中医护理技术干预，包括艾灸、穴位贴敷、中医情志护理等方式，帮助患者有效缓解临床症状。

结果

患者的营养不良、腹胀、疼痛、心理状态均得到改善。

结论

通过中西医护理结合方式改善患者晚期不适症状疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient with small intestinal malignant tumor.

Objective

To relieve the symptoms of patients with end-stage small bowel disease by the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing.

Methods

On the basis of routine nursing， TCM nursing intervention was carried out according to patients' disease symptoms， including moxibustion， acupoint application， TCM emotional nursing， etc.， to help patients effectively relieve their clinical symptoms.

Results

Malnutrition， abdominal distension， pain and psychological status of the patients were improved.

Conclusions

The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with late discomfort.
