摘要

本文总结1例慢性心力衰竭伴双下肢水肿溃疡患者内外并治治疗的护理经验。在常规护理的基础上给予中医特色治疗及护理，运用內治法：中药汤剂口服；外治法：中药足浴、水肿溃疡面湿敷疗法等，可有效缓解心衰症状，促进下肢溃疡愈合。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience on a patient with chronic heart failure accompanied by lower limb edema and ulcer treated by internal and external combined therapy. Based on the routine nursing， the characteristic treatment and nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine was given， and the internal treatment method was used： oral administration of TCM decoction. The external treatments included Chinese medicine foot bath， edema ulcer facial wet compress therapy， etc. The internal and external combined therapy can effectively alleviate the symptoms of heart failure， and promote the healing of lower limb ulcer.
