摘要

本文总结1例老年高血压患者的心理护理体会。分析心理护理干预对老年高血压患者血压控制和情绪调整方面的影响。发现通过关注个体差异、优化病房环境、柔化护理态度、增加交流沟通、组织心理讲座等方式，能够提升老年高血压患者病情恢复效率，改善负面情绪，并更容易得到老年高血压患者的认可，对老年高血压患者护理质量有积极的改善作用。

Abstract

This article summarized the psychological nursing experience of an elderly patient with hypertension. To analyze the effects of psychological nursing intervention on blood pressure control and emotional adjustment in elderly patients with hypertension. It was found that by paying attention to individual differences， optimizing ward environment， softening nursing attitude， increasing communication， organizing psychological lectures and other ways， it can improve the recovery efficiency of elderly patients with hypertension， improve negative emotions， and be more likely to be recognized by elderly patients with hypertension， which has a positive effect on improving the quality of care for elderly patients with hypertension.
